At Homestead Hounds, we’re not your average kennel—and we’re proud of that. We offer a unique blend of comfort, freedom, and structure that lands somewhere between a commercial boarding facility and an in-home pet sitter.

Your dog won’t be cooped up in a concrete run all day, but they’ll also enjoy more security and amenities than they would crashing on someone’s couch.

Our guests sleep in clean, high-quality kennels at night, but during the day, they have full access to our fenced-in outdoor play yards. With three separate play areas, we tailor groupings based on energy level and temperament—no “one size fits all” chaos here. And unlike other places, we don’t nickel-and-dime you for basic decency: outdoor time and playtime are always included, no matter what.

We do offer a couple of optional upgrades—like our Snuggle Club for extra one-on-one TLC, or convenient van pick-up and drop-off—but the essentials? They come standard.

Add in the peaceful rhythm of life on our homestead—complete with chickens, ducks, and goats—and your dog gets a boarding experience that feels like a vacation, not a sentence.
